Shwedagon Pagoda
The most popular and well-known pagoda in Yangon. The pagoda is one of the main tourist destinations in
Burma. The pagoda is the most notable building in Yangon. The pagoda itself is a solid brick building that is completely covered with gold. It rises 326 feet on a hill 168 feet above the city.
There is a very beautiful lake in the Kandawgyi park. It is called Kandawgyi lake. It placidly reflects the sky changing colour with the time of the day. At dawn, the lake is silver, shrouded in pearly grey mists tinged with the pink of the first sunbeams. At sunset, the water look like liquid-gold, with depths of red fire. It also has a royal barge in the form of Karaweik (mythical bird) center of the lake.

My Holiday in April
I had two weeks holiday in April. It was a good holiday for me. The first week I didn't go anywhere and I stayed at home. I helped my mother for the housework. Sometimes I played games with my brother on the internet. I often went to library and borrowed some story books.
The second week was New Year of Burma and some of the Asia countries including Thailand, Laos, Srilanka and Malaysia. We had a festival in Thailand Temple.It is called water festival. I went to Thailand temple with my family. There were a lot of stall and they sale their countries food. I bought some food and I ate in the park. Some children were play with water and they poured each other. I was very happy.After two weeks I will go back to school . Now I am coming back to school .I am happy to came back to school and I am studying a lot of things. I am very happy on Friday class because I have my own blog and I can study on the blog.
