

Healthy lifestyles are important for our life. If people are unhealthy they will be unhappy. I would like to advise to people is to look after their health.We have to make medical check ups regularly. We need to eat a lot of vegetables and eat food with vitamin C. We need to reduce eating junk food. We shouldn't drink alcohol and if we want to drink we can drink water instead of alcohol. We shouldn't smoke and shouldn't use drugs because they can cause a lot of diseases especially in pregnant women. If pregnant women smoke it can hurt the baby and it can cause many diseases such as heart diseases, lung cancer and etc. We need to drink a lot of water everyday and at least 6 liters per day. Water is very important for our body. We must have enough sleep so we can always be active. You shouldn't stress.
